In 1965 Arnaldo Serafini bought La Baita from the Alpine Guides of Madonna di Campiglio which until the summer of 1969 was managed by Arnaldo, Annalise and their grandparents Tullio and Bianca. On September 1, 1969, after the death of her grandfather, it was rented to Elio Fedrizzi for about ten years. In the meantime Arnaldo and Annalise take over the management of the Mountain retreat Stoppani in Grostè and at the end of the seventies work on the hut begins, which from the Alpine Guides headquarters to a rar will become a hotel.

For more than thirty years we have been carrying out this activity with passion and dedication, passing down from generation to generation what Trentino hospitality is for us. In the autumn of 2014 the hotel bar was renovated and called “El Volt dela Baita”, from the following winter season El Volt was opened to the public, thus becoming a meeting point, where you can spend time in company tasting products of our land.
In the spring of 2015, the hall and the dining room were also renovated along the same lines as the bar, and again in the same period three new rooms were created to increase the offer that Hotel La Baita offers to its customers.
